Apollo Morpheus Turn Dynamic Mattress System

The Apollo Morpheus Turn is a dynamic mattress replacement system designed for patients at very high risk of pressure ulcers, offering a unique blend of alternating pressure therapy and automated lateral turning to reduce intrusive manual repositioning.

Featuring fully automated left/right turns up to 18° and a timed variable cycle (from 10 minutes up to 4 hours), this system significantly reduces interface pressure—up to a 50% reduction—and promotes capillary stimulation. With 27 individual deep air cells and six lateral support cells, the mattress remains effective even when the bed is profiled. An integrated 5 cm foam base ensures improved stability during turning.

The system includes intuitive settings for alternating, constant low pressure, and a 20-minute maximum inflate mode—ideal for transfers or care. Safety is paramount, with features such as CPR release, audible and fault/power failure alarms, cable management, easy-grip handles, and a multi-stretch, vapour-permeable cover. A bariatric version supports users up to 254 kg (40 stone).
