How to return, refund or exchange equipment, accessories and spare parts bought from Trade2Care.
Can I return it?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they're unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
How to return
Email hello@24nrggroup.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked the item, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Exchanges
Want to swap an item? Get in touch and we'll do our best, subject to stock.

Personalised items and anything marked as final sale.
