Smart OPL Laundry Dosing Unit

Available in 2, 3 or 4 pump configurations, the system automatically dispenses laundry chemicals such as detergent, fabric softener, de-stainer and additional wash additives, ensuring precise dosing for every wash cycle.

By automating chemical delivery, the Smart OPL system helps eliminate manual measuring errors, improves wash consistency, and reduces chemical waste. The programmable controller allows operators to configure dosing times to match specific wash programmes, ensuring optimal cleaning performance.

The compact wall-mounted design makes installation straightforward while the peristaltic pump system provides accurate chemical injection with minimal maintenance requirements.

This makes the Smart OPL dosing system an ideal solution for facilities seeking to improve efficiency, safety, and hygiene in professional laundry environments.
