Oxford MultiFit SL Reflex Sling

The Oxford MultiFit SL Reflex Sling builds on its Reflex predecessor with padded, “paddle-style” leg sections designed for enhanced comfort—especially for users with larger thighs. Its extensor-style reflex shoulder loops provide automatic positional adjustment—ideal for users with extensor spasms or limited seat control.

Made with low-friction Silkfit (rip-stop nylon) in the spine and leg sections, this sling reduces shear risk and eases transfers. Additional comfort and dignity are assured with integrated head support, colour-coded bindings for fast sizing, positioning handles, coloured attachment loops, modesty loop, and woven safety labels for durability.

This sling is suitable for a wide range of general and toileting transfers. Sizes XS–L are rated at 227 kg, while XL supports up to 284 kg.
