Oxford MultiFit Reflex Sling – Auto-Adjusting General-Purpose Sling with Padded Legs

The Oxford MultiFit Reflex Sling is a general-purpose passive sling engineered to simplify transfers and enhance user comfort and safety. It features extensor-style “reflex” shoulder loops that adapt automatically to the user’s posture—ideal for clients with limited seat control or prone to extensor spasms.

Comfort is prioritized with oversized paddle-style padded leg sections, perfect for individuals with larger thighs. The sling incorporates Silkfit low-friction nylon in the spine and leg areas, easing application and reducing shear-related risks.

Designed for adaptability, the sling is available in sizes XS to XL, supporting up to 227 kg (XS–L) and 284 kg (XL) respectively.
