The Oxford In-Situ Sling is a hammock-style sling designed to be fitted from a recumbent position and can be safely left in place under the patient, pending a comprehensive risk assessment. Constructed from luxurious 3D woven spacer fabric, it delivers exceptional air permeability, cushioning, and comfort—ideal for extended use. Its seamless leg section and contoured design reduce pressure points and material interference within seating systems.
Inclusive of a secure pommel, an integrated strap storage pocket, colour-coded binding and loops for accurate sizing and placement, this sling can also be tailored to individual needs. It supports a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 200 kg across five sizes (XS–XL), offering reliable, comfortable support across care settings.
