Alerta Wired Floor Alertamat

The Alerta Wired Floor Alertamat is a robust, long-life pressure mat designed for bedside or doorway placement. It activates a nurse-call alert when a user steps on the mat, immediately notifying caregivers that the user has left their safe zone. Its light colour makes it particularly suited to dementia care settings where a user may attempt to avoid darker mats.

The mat connects directly to a nurse-call system via a 3-metre cable for centralised activation, or operates independently with the Alerta Alarm Monitor for localised alerts (sold separately). A unique built-in "Y" cable provides a spare socket, allowing an additional Alerta device to be connected — using only one nurse-call point.
